Patients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) may not be eligible for a refund.

In case of an emergency or unavoidable situation, management may approve rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
